IJB Engineering is proud to have successfully completed the installation of an Evinox Heat Interface Unit (HIU), showcasing our expertise in delivering comprehensive engineering solutions. This project involved extending existing 1” NB low-temperature flow and return pipework, integrating a bypass loop into the building and extending to the first floor. Our team meticulously mounted the new HIU onto a cladded wall as per client specifications, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Pipework Extension: The installation commenced with extending the existing 1” NB low-temperature flow and return pipework. This critical step involved precise planning and execution to seamlessly integrate the new components with the existing infrastructure. A bypass loop was incorporated into the system, enhancing flexibility and operational efficiency.
HIU Mounting and Integration: The Evinox HIU was strategically mounted onto a cladded wall as requested by the client. Flow and Return Lines: To facilitate optimal heat distribution, our team ran ¾” NB flow and return lines complete with fittings.
